Minister for Transport and Panchayat Mauvin Godinho have disclosed that a vintage car rally has been organized in Dabolim constituency on the occasion of Goa Liberation Day on December 19. Godinho have disclosed that the function pertaining to Goa Liberation Day will be held for the first time at Chicalim panchayat ground wherein large number of people are expected to visit and witness the occasion.
