The Velsao Villagers on Tuesday raised their strong objections to the proposed Cyclone warning tower in their locality claiming that the same was proposed without taking them into confidence. As the anger of villagers was at its peak, Village Sarpanch Henriques Demelo rushed to the site and assured that the panchayat would stand by the people and would communicate to authorities, not to install such tower.
