Siddesh Bhagat Panch and Former Sarpanch of Aquem Baixo village Panchayat joined AAP as All India Vice President of AAP Youth wing and State Coordinator for State of Goa. He joined the party in the presence of Party Supremo Arvind Kejriwal in New Delhi.
