Some two wheeler riders were taken to a surprise when they saw their bikes are lying into the drain next to the Dabolim international airport on Thursday evening. It was alleged that due to VVIP movement, the traffic and police personnel on duties cleared the stretch of the four lane highway next to the entrance gate of Dabolim international airport which is said to be no parking zone. Interestingly, the traffic and police personnel landed the stationary two wheelers into the drain next to the Dabolim international airport. The owners of two wheeler bikes however taken to surprise when they spotted their bikes into the drain. The bike owners have raised question that who will pay the loss incurred to them due to the damage caused to their two wheelers, whether police, traffic or state administration who are responsible for the act. However, when contacted the officials attached to the Vasco traffic cell, they disclosed that they were unaware of the incident and are trying to find out the facts.
