A new Controversy have begun in port Town. This time its NCP state president Jose Philip D’Souza who claimed that he was labeled as dummy candidate by his rival candidate Mauvin Godinho due to which he lost the elections. In response to this Dabolim MLA Mauvin Godinho said that Dsouza needs psychiatrist treatment as his claims are baseless. Check this story
