Panchayat Minister Mauvin Godinho slammed Ex Cortalim MLA Alina Saldanha for converting Kala Bhawan Project in Upasnagar as White Elephant during her tenure even though the Project initiated by him was completed 80 percent. He was addressing residents of Sancoale after laying water pipeline work for residents of Umiya Habitat on Wednesday evening. Sancoale Sarpanch Girish Pillai said that the development kick started soon after Mauvins Entry into Cortalim and that ex MLA Alina Saldanha only played revenge politics and stopped developmental works
