On The auspicious occasion of Navy Day, the Flag Officer Commanding. of Goa Naval Area, have appealed to the people of Goa to choose defence forces as their carrier option. He also said navy has been reaching out to the youths as part of its community outreach program initiative so that youths can be encouraged for joining Navy and other armed forces.
Commenting further FOGA also said that Indian Navy is privileged to operate alongside the civilian flights in Goa with more than 75 commercial flights operating from Dabolim every day. He said Navy have resolved to have safe and efficient flying operations years to come.
