Goa First,NGO from vasco have accused that some fair price shops in vasco are allegedly indulge in black marketing of food items that are meant for public distribution. On Monday Goa First convenor Parshuram sonurlekar along with his team caught one such beneficiary who was procuring food grains in access of alloted quota.a complaint has been made to concern authority in this regard.
